A high hardness knife is provided to insert a rod shaped diamond sharpener in a knife body handle detachably in order to secure high grinding capacity and to increase convenience of a user. A high hardness knife(1) includes a cutting pocket(3a), a pocket sleeve(4), a diamond sharpener(5a), and a sharpener body(5). The cutting pocket is formed at a holding part(3). The sharpener body is installed with a finger inserting part(5c). The pocket sleeve is buried in the cutting pocket. A knife body(2) is made of ceramic, or tungsten cobalt alloy, or diamond titan alloy which has high hardness of more than 1000 HV value. |
