摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To measure individually a resonance frequency of each resonance section, a coupling degree between the resonator sections and a coupling degree between the resonance section and an input/output terminal and to adjust them without taking interference into account by adjusting a coupling capacitance of two selected adjacent resonator sections and adjusting the resonance frequency of each resonance section after that. SOLUTION: Two resonance sections 32, 33 are selected among four resonance sections 31-34 connected in cascade. A 1st high frequency probe 61 is coarsely coupled with the resonance section 32 and a 2nd high frequency probe 11 is closely coupled with the resonance section 33. The coupling capacitor C23 between the resonance sections 32, 33 is adjusted by trimming an electrode formed between the resonance sections 32, 33. Then the resonance frequency of the resonance section 32 is adjusted by changing a counter ground load capacitance C02 of the resonance section 32. The resonance frequency of the resonance section 33 is adjusted by changing the position of the weak coupling probe 61 and the tight coupling probe 11 mutually similarly to the case with the resonance section 32.
