PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To take out a molding easily by casting, prevent the surrounding cooling of a mounting module as a molten metal and hence achieving uniform solidification, and further prevent nests or air bubbles from being generated in the mounting module. SOLUTION: Plate fins 2 made of a non-ferrous metal C such as a thick aluminum corresponding to thin hole parts are inserted into the thin hole parts of a mold B where a number of slit-shape thin hole parts are formed in parallel with a specified interval so that respective upper edges are exposed when manufacturing a heat sink. These area loaded into a holder 11, and frame-shaped and an inner holder 12 that can be deformed due to pressurization is inserted into the holder 11 so that the inner wall of the holder 11 can be blocked. Then, molten metal C0 of a non-ferrous metal C such as aluminum is filled into the inner holder 12, each upper edge of the plate fin 2 is buried by the molten metal C0 , and the molten metal C0 and the inner holder 12 are pressed by a pressurization punch 13 with the outer diameter equal to the middle diameter of the inner holder 12. Then, the non-ferrous metal C where the molten metal C0 is cured becomes a mounting module 1, and a number of plate fins 2 are buried into the mounting module 1. |
