The present invention relates to an overturn prevention system (6) for dump trailers. Specifically, the present invention relates to limiting the moment of incline of the dump trailer's container (2) when the hydraulic cargo dumping system (4) is activated. The system (6) according to the present invention is comprised of a lateral incline angle threshold monitor (7-10) for sensing lateral instability of the trailer and an attached control means activated by said monitor (7-10) for effectuating a trailer overturn prevention response. |
