摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve dimension stability of solid electrolyte and increase the discharge capacity of Li battery by applying mixture of high polarity high molecule and low polarity high molecule to the active substance forming surface of an electrode and after drying it, impregnating electrolyte l4W therein. SOLUTION: Styrene butadiene copolymer latex after changing to lithium cation and acrylonitrile butadiene copolymer group latex are mixed together. This latex mixture liquid is developed uniformly thin on the active substance forming surface of a carbon negative polar plate sheet, dried and sheet-like substance integrated in one body with a negative polar sheet and a latex film is manufactured. A disc body is punched off from this sheet-like substance and this body is dipped in an electrolytic liquid which is produced by dissolving lithium perchlorate in a mixed solvent so as to create negative polar solid electrolyte composite. Active sheet is pipe on the negative polar solid electrolytic surface, and they are sealed in a coil cell as they are, so as to manufacture a tightly enclosed coin type entirely solid Li battery.
