<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten the image-outputting time of a face plate and the time for stabilizing white valance by electrically connecting pins, which are projected from a top surface of an insulating member filled in an outer case, and a field emission element unit connected to each other with a wire. SOLUTION: An insulating member 32 is filled in a rim-shaped outer case 31, which is connected to a glass beads 302 for support. Plural pins 33 are fitted in the insulating member 32, so that each upper part 33a is projected from the top surface of the insulating member 32. A thermal 35 of an field emission element unit 40, which is fitted to the top surface of the insulating member 32, and the end 33a of the pins 33 are electrically connected to each other by a wire 34 of 10-50μm diameter.</p> |
