PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To support shopping by making it possible to retrieve the detailed information on a commodity desired to be purchased by a user and which store cells the commodity at a discount price. SOLUTION: Commodity information is provided by retrieving an electronic commodity information database. The database are provided from plural stores and managed by a service provider 13. A user 15 can know the detailed information, price, etc., of a required commodity by accessing each database by using a store name, a commodity sort, a discount article or the like as a key and use the obtained data for shopping. A commodity to be purchased by mail order can be reserved by determining its purchase on the way of access to the database. |
