PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid crystal display panel which has more excellent visual angle characteristics than the panel having optical anisotropic elements at the outside of the liquid crystal cell. SOLUTION: A liquid crystal display panel consists of a first transparent board 1, a second transparent board 2 facing the first transparent board 1, a first electrode 5 attached to the surface of the first board 1 which faces toward the second board 2, a second electrode 12 attached to the surface of the second board 2 which faces toward the first board 1, a liquid crystal 20 placed between the first board 1 and the second board 2 through the first and second electrodes 5, 12, and optical anisotropic films 11, 14, which are composed of optical anisotropic material and have plural regions with optical axes different each other, placed on at least one side of facing surfaces of the first board 1 and the second board 2. |
