The present invention provides a glycyrrhizin-containing suppository composition for rectal infusion which contains: at least one selected from glycyrrhizin and pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof; a nonionic surfactant; an oily base; and water, the glycyrrhizin-containing suppository composition for rectal infusion having a (solid-liquid) phase transition point of 10 to 4500 Pa at 37°C. Also, the present invention provides a glycyrrhizin-containing suppository composition for rectal infusion which contains: at least one selected from glycyrrhizin and pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof; an oily base; water; and an alkali.
