Then detect presence of only one of the signs with its estimation in points. The data of electroencephalographies: dominating alpha - rhythm with the maximum amplitude to 100 mkv in occipital parts in the absence of pathological rhythms and phenomena on EEG - 1 point; epileptic activity in the form of spikes, categories "peak - acute wave", "acute wave - slow wave" on EEG - 1.3 points; relative epileptic activity in the form of the hypersynchronous pointed alpha rhythm, categories bilaterally synchronous polyphase an alpha of similar waves amplitude above a background in 2 times on EEG 1.3 points; focal activity in a kind slow - wave activity mainly in the aflicted parencephalon on EEG - 1.1 points; dysfunction of medio-stem structures in the form of individual categories of bilaterally synchronous polyphase alpha-type waves with amplitude at level of background, smoothness of zone differences on EEG - 1.9 points; low bioelectric activity, easy diffusive changes of the brain, "flat" type of curves on EEG - 6.1 points. Brain tomography data: cystic-glial brain changes - 1.6 points; absence of expansion of subarachnoid spaces, shifts of median structures, sites of pathological density, deformation of ventricles and cisterns of the basis of brain - 2.8 points; mixed hypotrophic hydrocephaly of brain - 8.2 points.
