PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel supply system for a fuel cell capable of being used for a long-term as a small-sized lightweight power source. SOLUTION: In this system, there are provided with a closable vessel 14 for supplying fuel to the fuel cell of a macromolecular electrolytic fuel cell, and a fuel flow passage 16 between the closable vessel 14 and the macromolecular electrolytic cell. The closable vessel 14 has a chamber containing at least water, a chamber 12 containing a substance for evolving hydrogen by a reaction with the water, and an isolating means 13 for isolating the chamber 11 containing the water from the chamber 12 containing the substance for evolving the hydrogen by the reaction with the water. In addition, the isolating means 13 is drilled to evolve the hydrogen by adding the water to the substance for evolving the hydrogen by the reaction with the water for evolving the reaction in actuating the macromolecular eletrolytic fuel cell. Providing a switching means 15 supplies the hydrogen to the macromolecular electrolytic fuel cell. |
