PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mantle heater capable of simply and easily implementing mounting and de-mounting work of a pipe and of obtaining proper heat uniformity against the piping by mounting a heating wire to a heat resistive core member by a required pattern which is covered with a heat resistive heat insulation member and a heat resistive bag-shaped cover member. SOLUTION: This mantle heater is sewn by glass yarn 5 by disposing a covered heating wire 4 by a required pattern on the surface of a glass cloth- made sheet-shaped core member 1. A glass-fiber, mat-shaped heat insulation member 2 is laminated thereon. The whole of these is wrapped by a glass cloth-made cover member 3, a cloth-made belt having a fastener at a required portion of the cover member 3 and a belt guide are sewn. It is preferable that the cover member 3 employ a fluororesin coating glass cloth for the purpose of dust proof. |
