PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a traveling and driving control device for electric vehicle which makes is possible to have excellent traveling capability at low speed and to achieve high efficiency. SOLUTION: A driving means 3, which energizes driving force to an electric vehicle, a parking brake 5, which stops it, and a main controlling part 7, which controls driving electric power to the driving means 3, are provided and the system is structured in such a manner that the driving means 3 outputs fine driving force in the range of very low speed in accordance with the command from the main controlling part 7. Furthermore, the main controlling part 7 detects the operating information of the parking brake 5 and have a first driving force controlling function in which the driving means 3 stops outputting the fine driving force in a specified time after the operation of the parking brake 5 in accordance with a command from the main controlling part 7. |
