PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate wiring in a limited installation space by arranging P-type and N-type thermoelectric elements alternately and sandwiching the elements by dielectric heat plates provided with wiring terminals on the surface. SOLUTION: A thermomodule comprises P-type and N-type thermoelectric elements 3, 4 arranged alternately between upper and lower heat plates 1, 2 while being sandwiched. Each heat plate 1, 2 is made of an electric insulator, e.g. alumina ceramics, and electrodes 3a, 4a conducting with the P-type and N-type thermoelectric elements 3, 4 are formed at the opposite ends on the inner surface side of the heat plate 1. The heat plate 1 is provided with through- holes 1a at the opposite ends where the electrodes 3a, 4a are arranged. The inner surface of the through-hole 1a is subjected to conductive treatment and a P-type wiring terminal 5 and an N-type wiring terminal 6 conducting, respectively with the P-type and N-type thermoelectric elements 3, 4 through these through-holes 1a and the electrodes 3a, 4a are provided on the outer surface side of the heat plate 1. |
