摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enlarge the variable range of an irradiation angle in a horizontal direction and to realize the miniaturization and the thinning of the device and the improvement of the utilization efficiency of flash light by changing a distance between a light source and a reflector on an optical axis without moving a Fresnel lens and changing the aperture angle of a side reflection means arranged to be opposed to the side of both side surfaces of the reflector interlocked with the change of the distance. SOLUTION: This device is provided with a flash discharge tube (Xe tube) 15 emitting the flash light, the reflector 16 and a side reflecting plate 13 arranged on the side reflection means. In the case an irradiated object is irradiated with direct light and reflected light from the Xe tube 15, the irradiation angle to the irradiated object is changed by changing positional relation formed by the Xe tube 15, the reflector 16 and the reflecting plate 13 on the optical axis K. In the case of telephotographing, the Xe tube 15 is moved from the position of an arranged state 15W to the direction of an arranged state 15T and simultaneously the reflecting plate 13 is also moved from the position of the arranged state 13W to the direction of the arranged state 13T in order to condense the irradiation angles in horizontal and vertical directions.
