PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply assemble a bearing without slipping-off of a roller by forming a slit with a width for one roller extending from the upper end of an annular ring to the lower end thereof in an area on the circumference of the annular ring main body having an outside diameter smaller than the inscribed circle diameter of a cylindrical roller disposed on an outer ring raceway track. SOLUTION: An annular ring 1 for assembling a bearing is so constructed that an annular ring main body 2 is formed with an outside diameter a little smaller than the inscribed circle diameter of a cylindrical roller 8 disposed on the outer ring raceway track 7, and an insert slit 3 is formed with a width for one cylindrical roller 8 in one area on the circumference of the main body 2 extending from the upper end 2a to the lower end 2b. In assembling, with several cylindrical rollers 8 set on the raceway track 7, the annular ring 1 is disposed on the inside of the outer ring 4, all of the remaining cylindrical rollers 8 are inserted one by one from the slit 3 in the raceway track 7, and the previously inserted cylindrical rollers 8 are thrusted in the circumferential direction between the raceway track 7 and the an inner ring without collar 9 is brought into contact with the upper side of the annular ring 1, and the annular ring 1 is pushed out in the axial direction to assemble a bearing. Accordingly, the bearing can be simply assembled without the need of retaining the cylindrical roller 8 on the outer ring raceway track 7 with lubricating grease or the like. |
