A thermally insulated synthetic resin container comprising an inner container and an outer container with a thermoinsulating layer therebetween, wherein one of the inner container and the outer container is formed by means of multilayer molding, and wherein the other container, which is not formed by multilayer molding, consists of the two wall elements which conform with each other, and a thermally insulated synthetic resin lid comprising a top surface wall and a bottom surface wall with a thermoinsulating layer therebetween, wherein one of the top surface wall and the bottom surface wall is formed by means of multilayer molding, and wherein the other wall, which is not formed by multilayer molding, consists of the two wall elements which conform with each other, do not require the formation of a plating film, have high thermal insulation capabilities and exceptional durability, are easy to manufacture, low in cost, and allow easy recovery of synthetic resins.
