摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate detection of a state to be full of water and cut-off of inflow through simple structure by a method wherein an opening/closing valve is arranged at an outflow/inflow part to effect inflow of fluid, the valve is energized in a closing direction by a first energizing means, and energizing in a closing direction by buoyancy generated by gas and fluid. SOLUTION: When, in a feed water tank 15 adaptive for an air cleaning device, water is guided until water makes contact with a float 91, the float 91 is raised by buoyancy and a valve 89 is pushed upward against a compression spring 99 by the buoyancy. An air bleed valve 88 is closed soon, and an outflow- inflow part 130 is closed. Meanwhile, since, when recovery operation is progressed to a state wherein the feed water tank 15 is brought into a state to be full of water, waste liquid in a reservoir part is reduced and brought into a water shortage state, energization to a flow passage switching valve and a pump-up motor is stopped through operation of a float switch along with the occurrence of the water shortage state. Pumping-up operation is completed and the on-off valve is brought into a closed state.</p>
