The colour photographic material has a base with blue-, green- and red-sensitive silver halide (AgX) emulsion layers containing yellow, magenta and cyan coupler respectively and light-insensitive layers between layers of different colour sensitivity, at least one green-sensitive emulsion layer contains a pyrazolotriazole magenta coupler (I) and at least one intermediate layer adjacent to this contains an endiol of formula (II) or a hydroxylamine of formula (III) as developer oxidation product scavenger. R1, R2 = alkyl, aryl, acyl or alkenyl or R2 = hydrogen (H); or R1R2 = a group forming a 5-membered or non-aromatic 6-membered ring; R3, R4 = alkyl, aryl or alkenyl or R4 = H; or R3R4 = a group completing a 5-8-membered ring; R3 + R4 have >= 12 carbon (C) atoms.
