The clamp comprises a two-part fitting (18) which holds the wire basket fixed to a bicycle pannier frame (1). The parts are linked by a bolt (15). The top part of the fitting is a shallow plate (2) with a bolt passing from top to bottom through a hole in the basket to the bottom half of the clamp (10). The bolt has limited articulation between the head and upper plate recess (14). The clamp has two semi-circular recesses of different diameter, and creating a grip on the bicycle pannier frame.
