The invention relates to closing devices used for protecting a bottle with precious liquid against a repeated filling and for indicating the first opening thereof. The inventive bottle closing device with an extending pipe comprises a decorative bushing (6) in the form of a combination of a decorative shell and a closing bushing, an elastic element embodied in one piece with a drain sleeve in the form of a body (7) and a cap (5) with a pouring pipe (31). The cap (5) is embodied in such a way that it is rotatably and axially displaceable and comprises an internal socket (35), the lower part of which is arranged in a ring-shaped cavity (61) formed by the internal (60) and external (59) protrusions of the elastic element and forms a variable-depth hydraulic lock (36). The pouring pipe can comprise a silver-plated small grid (62) and a magnet (63) which are used for providing the poured liquid with specified properties. The invention more reliably protects against a liquid filled from outside, preserves the axial size of the device, stabilises a running liquid flow and increases the effective value of a liquid current.
