Method for detachably fixing interchangeable hoof protectors to hooves

The hoof protector has one or more wall parts detachably fixed to the hoof by hook and loop fastener or adhesive strips. The wall parts can be lifted off vertically but cannot slide parallel relative to each other. One part of the fastener is fixed e.g. stuck to the hoof wall and the other to the hoof protector. The parts of the hook and loop fasteners belonging to the hoof protector can be stitched, stuck or rivetted to it. The parts of the hook and loop fastener attached to the hoof can be protected by suitable fastener strips when the hoof protector is not attached to avoid soiling.
