The present invention consists of an antiallergy agent and a process for the production thereof. And it is produced by combination of proteins, lipids, carbohydrates, vitamins and mineral as main ingredients with glutamine. Preparative compositions can be tablets or nutritional compositions such as infant formula. Glutamine can be the free form of glutamine, the peptide form of glutamine or hydrolysates from natural materials. The combined amount of glutamine is preferable more than 30 mg weight % by solid conversion. The preparative compositions of the present invention is useful for the prevention of allergy, especially, infantile allergy or the treatment thereof. |
