摘要 The opto-electronic measuring unit uses a beam (5) transmitted by a measuring head (1) of a measuring unit (M) on a surface (13) of an object (12) to be measured as a point shaped measurement spot (9). The reflected beam (15) from the imaging unit (16) of the measuring head (1) is deflected in such a way, that the measurement spot (9a) imaged onto the opto-electronic converter unit (17), is independent of the rotation of the measurement spot (9) projected on the surface (13) to the optical centre axis (6) of the measuring head. The signals from the converter unit (17) are evaluated in an evaluation unit (18). Time synchronised matching of the evaluation computation is carried out at the respective measurement place. So that in the context of a calibration for each rotational position of the projected measurement spot, the function between the distance and the measuring signal is separately determined, and the respective function is activated dependent in the measuring operation.
