NONCLASSICAL PYRROLO[2,3-D]PYRIMIDINE ANTIFOLATES

摘要

Nonclassical pyrrolo[2,3-d]pyrimidine antifolates are described and claimed. Also described and claimed is a rapid analog process which enables a quick work-up of the antifolate which avoids costly and time-consuming chromatographic separation techniques. Also described and claimed are methods of treating susceptible neoplasms with these nonclassical antifolates. Also described and claimed are methods of treating psoriasis and arthritis with these nonclassical antifolates.
