<p>The invention relates to a reservoir (7) for fluid with an outlet opening (9) in a bottom part (8) thereof and a valve (10) located at said outlet opening. Up to now such valves are composed of a number of parts causing often a poor sealing. To obtain a reliable sealing of the outlet opening a number of parts of the valve, such as the valve body (11), the washer (12) and the actuator part (14) are integrated to form one single part of an elastic material such as silicone rubber. Even the resilient element (13) can be integrated in this single part. Such valves are very useful in steam irons between the water reservoir (7) and the steam chamber (3).</p> |
