Valve with elastic prestressed closing body

The valve has a closing body (5) elastically prestressed against a valve seat (1). The prestressing element is a one-piece extension (7, 8) of the elastic sealing element (4). The extension of a smaller cross section than the closing body itself. There may be connecting rods (7) fitted between the sealing element and a bottom part (8) which may be a ring or a plate. The rods exert a torsional force between the closing body and the bottom part when these are pressed together.
