The arrangement adjusts the position of an inner part relative to an outer part along an X-axis. The mating faces of the parts have holes (3,5) which partly overlap one another. At least one of the holes (3), the outer one, is round while the inner one (5) is elongated, along the X-axis, by an amount which is larger than the amount of adjustment which is to be made. The size of the elongated hole, in the direction of the X-axis, is not larger than the diameter of the outer hole less the amount of adjustment. The size of the holes, taken at right angles to the direction of the X-axis, is at least equal to the size in the direction of the X-axis.
