PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To largely improve the operability and productivity for balance collation for a person in charge of accounting by providing a means for calculating and displaying sum-up values for respective items, a means for displaying the data of a preceding stage of the sum-up value, and a means for inputting, summing up and displaying optional simulation data. SOLUTION: By inputting source transaction data or direct transaction data present in a sales accounting system 1, the data are summed up in real time in the data base of a server computer 2. In the server computer 2, a previous month balance or the like for each account item of accounting is summed up. When the screen of this system is called, the balance and the sum-up value for each department or each branch foe each account item which are final sum-up images are displayed (3). When a part provided with a numerical value is specified on the screen, the sum-up details of the preceding stage of the sum-up value are displayed. For instance, details for respective remarks are displayed (4). Further, when a certain transaction is specified from the screen, the entire details of the transaction are displayed (5). |
