PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to answer to a viewing toll charge inquiry from a subscriber through a telephone line or the like without allowing a staff in a cable television(CATV) center station to directly correspond to the inquiry by outputting viewing charge information request checking information and viewing charge information to plural subscriber's terminals. SOLUTION: When respective inquiry unnecessity signals 31, 35 are returned from subscriber's terminals 8a, 8c to check the numbers 30, 32, 34 outputted from a terminal control computer 2 and an inquiry request signal 33 is returned from a subscriber's terminal 8b, the computer 2 reads out charged program viewing information from an accounting processing computer 1 based on the identification(ID) number of the terminal 8b. The read data are transmitted to a transmission line 7 as character information through a mixer 6. Thus the terminals 8a to 8c can receive charge display data signal 36 constituted of the display positions and colors of characters and character data. |
