An advertisement service system using an identification number about an advertisement request and a method thereof are provided to supply message when a user wants by limiting the number of the message and validity of the advertisement message which are transmitted to a mobile communication terminal. An advertisement service system to a mobile communication terminal comprises the following steps of: separating an identification number requested to an advertisement server, and separating a message transmits to a mobile communication terminal of a receiving side(S306); requesting a specific advertisement message based on the advertisement request identification number(S307); and transmitting the requested advertisement message to the mobile communication terminal(S314).
