An offline mall operating system and method by an online relay site by the medium of a telephone number are provided to inform a store, to which ID is given as the telephone number of the store, of an order description, and support delivery, thereby activating the delivery service of the offline mall and maximizing the advertisement effect of the offline mall. A web server(110) displays advertisement contents in a web site. An ID mapping unit(120) maps a specified telephone number to give the mapped ID to a store. A telephone number DB(180) stores plural telephone number lists. An order processor(130) processes received delivery order information and transmits the processed delivery order information to an offline mall operation terminal. A charging processor(150) processes charging and payment according to the order and transmission of delivery. A customer information database(160) analyzes customer information included in the order information and stores the customer information as data. A contents DB(170) stores ID information, commodity information, location information, and promotional materials. |
