PURPOSE:To simplify the manufacture by generating one-way travelling wave with predetermined AC voltage applied to the internal and external electrodes of a piezoelectric transducer. CONSTITUTION:An ultrasonic driving gear supports a rotating shaft 5a of a rotor 5 with bearings 7 of a case 6 and smooths the axial rotation with a thrust bearing 8. Then it brings the end face of a piezoelectric transducer 1 into contact with the rotor 5 and with a bottom cover 10 of the case 6 a spring washer 9 is pressed and fastened. In this way, the rotor 5 is pressure-welded to the piezoelectric transducer 1 and AC voltage is applied either to an internal electrode 2 or to an external electrode 3, so that the rotor 5 can be rotated. |
