The present invention is directed to purified recombinant proteins of papillomaviruses HPV 6a, HPV 11 or HPV 16, which are prepared in the way of transforming the yeast cell by recombinant DNA encoding the said proteins and by subsequent cultivation, isolation and purification are obtained recombinant proteins with at least 70 % purity. Proteins obtained this way are used for preparation of vaccines and pharmaceutical preparations for treatment of infections, or for production of agent for detection of papillomavirus or its anti-bodies and also for production of medicament to develop immunized response of vertebrates.
