摘要

A method for prognostication of the development of prethrombotic state in patients with cardiovascular pathology comprises the Doppler sonography examination of vascular-mobile reactions of the brachial artery. The indices of endotelial vasodilatation and mechanosensitivity of the endoteleium (ІМЕ) are determined according the formulas simultaneously, and by their values the development of stable pretrombotic state is prognosticated in patients.
