A method for gas-thermal application coatings of powder materials, at which carrier flow of gas-powder mix is directed to intermediate punched powder carrier, which is placed perpendicularly to stream of gas-powder mix. A powder layer is distributed in apertures of intermediate carrier, it is mixed in effective area of heater, and then is mixed in effective area of working gas, which outlet from super narrow nozzle, which section is placed perpendicularly to intermediate carrier of powder from the side, which is opposite of side of powder application. Powder particles is recovered from apertures of intermediate carrier by stream of working gas, accelerated them and directed in side of detail, which is sprayed. |
