The method provides for the an esthetization of periodontium tissues, Т-shaped section and detachement of periosteal and flap, which is made within the limits of immovable mucous membrane of gums of alveolar appendix without injuries of dentogingival attachement and transition fold, bone trepanation of vestibular wall, which is carried out in the direction of a space of teeth roots fornix, curettage of inflammatory tissues nearby the root apex , filling of a space with a drug posessing bone-seeking action, imposition of flaps and sutures. |
