<p>This patent describes the procedure closed to the production of pig-iron provided based on the melting reduction of iron ores with a different granularity level, containing the part A with size of grains lower than 0,2 mm, while ore is converted and a converted material is over reduced completely, as a result of this process, and this material is melted to liquid pig-iron, while the over reduced fraction A closed to ore is being separated, with the use of wind layers, of the fraction B containing ore with higher size of grains, and both of the factions A and B are reduced completely, while they are separated of each other, and they are supplied to the melting zone of the melting gasifier. The device providing this procedure consists of the melting gasifier (1) of the reduction cyclone (12), while the reduction reactor is arranged to the pipeline (9) closed to reduction gas and this reduction reactor is located between the melting rectifier (1) and reduction cyclone (12), however this reactor has a turbulent layer (V), created based on the reduction gas and it also can have the fixed bed (VII) and on the extension side, there is at least one transport equipment (22, 22) for reduced iron ore, connected with the melting gasifier (1).</p> |
