<p>This patent contains the description of D-2-Aminoacyl-3-(Z)- -propenyl cephalosporin derivatives with a general formula (I), where R1 means hydrogen, hydroxy or alkoxy group containing one up to four carbon atoms or chlorine, R2 means hydrogen or hydroxy group, together with the appropriate derivatives, where amino group, carboxyl and / or hydroxyl group is protected with the use of common protective groups, as the aralkyl group containing up to twenty carbon atoms, mainly benzyl group, p-methoxybenzyl or diphenylmethyl or alkyl methyl group containing up to ten carbon atoms, terc.-butyl or halogenealkyl group, trichloromethyl group especially, together with the description closed to the procedure related to the production of the above mentioned derivatives and pharmaceutical preparations containing these compounds. The derivatives described in this patent, together with their salts suitable from pharmaceutical point of view, can be applied for healing of various bacterial diseases.</p> |
