<p>The derivatives of 2,3-dihydro-2-oxo-1H-benzimidiazol-1- -carboxylic acid with a general formula (I), where R means hydrogen atom, alkyl group with 1 up to 6 carbon atoms, alkenyl group with 2 up 5 carbon atoms or alkynyl group with 2 or 3 carbon atoms, R1 and R2 being the same or different mean hydrogen or halogen atom or trifluoromethyl, alkyl group with 1 up to 4 carbon atoms, alkoxy group with 1 up to 4 carbon atoms, acyl group with 1 up to 3 carbon atoms, nitro group or acyl amino group with 1 u to 3 carbon atoms, Y means oxygen atom or a group with a general formula (II), where A means a group selected of the file related to the formula (a), (b), (c), (d). These compounds are produced based on the reaction of the compound with a formula Z-Y-A, where Y and A are of the declared meaning and Z means hydrogen, lithium, sodium or potassium atom with the appropriate heterocyclic compound. The compounds with a general formula (I) can be applied as the antiemetics and the drugs controlling stomach stability.</p> |
