The connection has a base (3) which is fixed to the snow-board by screws (6) and slots (4). The angle of connection is variable to the board. The connection also comprises two lateral wedge gibs (5,7) which grip into groove in the sole profile and hold it in position. One wedge gib (7) is movably arranged to enable fitting for larger boots. A hard component can be inserted in the soft sole of the boot to increase the strength of the joint. |
