A rainwater inflow prevention apparatus of a parking place entrance is provided to guide vehicles coming into and going out a parking lot by lighting LED lamps of a guide rail in case of nighttime or cloudy weather. A rainwater inflow prevention apparatus comprises: a rectangular base member(10) which is laid under the outside floor of a parking place entrance(1); a rectangular parallelepiped connecting member(20) which is connected to the base member and is laid under the inside floor of the parking place entrance; a rectangular permeable block(30) inserted in a plurality of slope grooves respectively; a guide rail(40) which is inserted into an insertion hole and induces the direction of the vehicles entering into the parking place entrance; and a guard(50) which is inserted between the base member and the connecting member.
