A chair for fishing is provided, which enables to change the height of front right and left legs of a chair and rearward right and left legs and obtains stable supporting function. A chair for fishing comprises: front right and left legs(100,110) and rearward right and left legs(120,130) having the shape of the straight rod; a plurality of adjustment pipes which are downwardly protruded in the fixed length; height adjuster members which are installed between each leg and height control pipe; a bell foot(220) for maintaining the stabilized horizontal state against the ground regardless of slope; and an assistant connection rod(230) which is installed in order to maintain the supporting force.
