FIELD: electricity. ^ SUBSTANCE: proposed capacitance loop has flat, closed, electrodes insulated from each other, separated by a dielectric, each of which is in form of a Moebius strip with terminals. The electrodes are inserted into each other through a slotted opening, through which another electrode is let in. The capacitance loop has three electrodes.
