PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quickly, accurately and economically form a dental prosthesis out of titanium, ceramic and composite resin material by providing a machining means for cutting a lump type material on the basis of data. SOLUTION: A shape is accurately measured, with a measurement element 20 attached to a device, and a model so prepared mounted on a rotary jig 87. In this case, the rotation of the rotary jig 87 is accurately reversed, so as to accurately measure the shape, thereby measuring the complete shape. A cutting tool 19 suitable for a cutting process, after selected, substitutes the measurement element 20 so far attached. Then, a lump type material is mounted on the rotary jig 87, and cut with the new cutting tool 19 on the basis of the measurement data, thereby manufacturing a desired prosthesis. |
