摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily return a dry chemical inside the cylinder of a hypodermic syringe to liquid and to inject separate components inside separate chambers inside the cylinder in an order. SOLUTION: This stopper assembly 200 provided with a bypass function used inside a multi-chamber type syringe cylinder is provided with a stopper main body 201. The stopper main body 201 is provided with a cylindrical side wall 202 provided with an end 206, a base end 204 and a longitudinal axis line 208. The stopper assembly 200 is provided with an almost cylindrical flow passage mechanism 225 attached to the end 206 of the stopper main body and the flow passage mechanism 225 returns the dry chemical held inside the syringe cylinder on the end side of the flow passage mechanism to the liquid. The flow passage mechanism 225 features the base end 226, the end 228 and an almost cylindrical outer surface and at least one fluid flow passage 238 is extended between the base end 226 and the end 228 of the flow passage mechanism 225. A conical projection 230 is provided on the end 228 of the flow passage mechanism and a dead space is prevented from being formed between the flow passage mechanism and the inner side shoulder part 25 of the end of the syringe cylinder.
