PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a caster attachment device convenient in use of a wheelchair at the time of use in a simple constitution by freely adjusting a height position of a caster attachment adjustment part in a turning part. SOLUTION: This caster attachment device 100 is attached to the front pipe W2 and bottom pipe W5 of a wheelchair. In the case of tilting a seat part byϕdeg. to the horizontal, for instance, the tightening part 40 of the caster attachment device 100 is loosened, the turning part 30 is turned for a portion corresponding to the inclination angleϕdeg. of the seat part and thereafter, the turning part 30 is press-fixed to a fixing part 10. At this time, an engagement part prevents slippage since a rack gear provided in the turning part 30 and the rack gear provided in the fixing part 10 are engaged and the angleϕdeg. is surely held. Also, since the engagement part can be perform fine adjustment by each peak, the angles of respective casters provided on the left and right of the wheelchair are easily adjusted so as to be equal on the left and right.
