PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet which has adhesiveness even to an oily surface, has re-releasability and leaves little adhesive on the adherend when re-released therefrom by successively laying a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer comprising specified components and a release layer on a support. SOLUTION: This sheet is prepared by successively laying a layer of a pressure-sensitive adhesive prepared by mixing 100 pts.wt. copolymer mainly consisting of 67-99wt.% alkyl (meth)acrylate with a 5-12 C alkyl and 1-33wt.% at least on monomer selected among hydroxyalkyl acrylates, hydroxyalkyl methacrylates and acrylamide compounds with 0.05-10 pts.wt. crosslinking agent being a polyfunctional isocyanate compound and a release layer, such as paper or a plastic, treated with e.g. silicone releasing agent on a 15-120μm-thick support being a plastic film. For example, the support is stuck to the pressure- sensitive adhesive layer formed by applying a coating fluid prepared by dissolving or dispersing the components for forming the adhesive layer to release paper.
