A cooler structure of exhaust gas recirculation device in a vehicle is provided to prevent the degradation of the cooling efficiency of a cooler by preventing soot from being accumulated due to the degradation of the flow pressure or the speed of exhaust gas when the exhaust gas flows inside a cooler. A cooler structure of exhaust gas recirculation device in a vehicle comprises an exhaust gas inflow passage(12), an outflow passage(13), and an inverting unit inverting paths to connect the paths to each other. The gas flow cross-sectional area of the outflow passage is smaller than the gas flow cross-sectional area of the inflow passage.
