PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To save the storage space, impart a sufficient cushioning function, and prevent a toxic gas from generating at the time of incineration disposal by a method wherein by a bottom part and side wall parts which are formed by bending a board-form packaging sheet at folding lines to cross with the longitudinal direction, a recessed part which comes into contact with one of the top and the bottom surfaces, and three surfaces being adjacent with this of an article to be packaged, is formed. SOLUTION: A rectangular corrugated fiberboard sheet is bent at folding lines which cross with the longitudinal direction, and a bottom surface which comes into contact with one of the top and bottom surfaces of an article to be packaged, and side wall parts which come into contact with three side surfaces connecting to the bottom part, are formed. With the bottom part and the three side wall parts, a recessed part 6 to surround the bottom surface and the right, left and front sides of the article to be packaged, is formed. The bottom part is formed of a bottom plate 2B and a pedestal 12, and right and left, both end parts 14R, L of a top plate 2D, for which the pedestal 12 part is bent, become the right and left side wall parts, and a reinforcing channel 8 of a bending starting end 2A, the top plate 2D which is superposed on the reinforcing channel 8, and the pedestal 12 become the side wall parts for a front surface or a rear surface. Before usage, it is one piece of sheet, and the storage space can be saved, and adhesive is not used for the building up, and a toxic gas does not generate at the time of disposal by incineration. |
